Let's get prepared.
Cass Health offers a number of classes and education to help you and your family to be as prepared as possible for your new adventure.
Prenatal, Breastfeeding, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum Classes
We provide one-on-one prenatal classes that we tailor to you. Whether it’s your first child or your fifth, our nurses want to make sure all of your questions are answered so that you feel prepared and confident to care for you and your newborn!
Breastfeeding, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum classes are available as well. We’ll work with you to schedule your private class for a time that works with your schedule.
Siblings Class
The Siblings Class is a free class that's held quarterly at Cass Health. This free, one-hour class is geared toward children between the ages of 2 and older to attend with their parents. The class includes hands-on activities like swaddling, feeding, diapering, and holding a newborn. All kids who participate will receive a special certificate and their very own teddy bear. Reservations are required for the Siblings Class.
