Meet the Med Spa Team

Lace Sindt provides medical dermatology care to patients in the Atlantic Medical Center and aesthetics dermatology care at the Cass Health Med Spa. With more than 15 years of experience working in med spas, Lace is an expert on the wide variety of products and services available. Lace is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in 2019, after previously working as an LPN and RN for 10 years.

Maddy Peppers is a Registered Nurse at Cass Health who has years of experience in both clinic and emergency care. Maddy serves in a unique role at Cass Health—as our OB Navigator, she helps expecting women have healthy pregnancies by coordinating their care, matching them with resources, and providing education and guidance. Maddy loves working with the team at the Med Spa because it’s the perfect blend of using her nursing education and skills with her love of self-care.

Brenna Irlmeier is a Registered Nurse at Cass Health. After several years of working in a large metro hospital, Brenna returned to her hometown area to work in the Surgery Department at Cass Health. During her time with the Surgery Department, Brenna was honored with the DAISY Award. After the birth of her second child, she was ready to step into a new role where she began working in our clinic with Lace Sindt, ARNP. Brenna works with Lace to provide care to patients with medical dermatology needs, and she’s excited to further help patients meet their skincare goals at the Med Spa.
