Healthy U: Supplements: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly The May session of Healthy U will be held Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Cass County Health System. The program, Supplements: The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly will be presented by a panel of three CCHS employees: Dr. Edna Becht, Family Medicine, Crystal Starlin, Pharmacy, and Emily Krengel, Clinical Dietetics. Whether you're a new or expecting mom, come join our Breastfeeding Support Group. This group is lead by our Certified Lactation Counselors and other breastfeeding moms who can help answer questions and provide support. This group meets on the third Thursday of each month in Conference Room 6. Questions? Call the OB Department at 712-250-8862.

Expecting moms and dads with young children are invited to participate in a Siblings Class at Cass County Health System on Tuesday, June 4th at 7 pm. The Siblings Class is a free class that will be held quarterly at CCHS. It is geared toward children between the ages of 2 and 10 to attend with their mothers who are at or past 34 weeks of pregnancy. “Having a new baby is a huge event for a family. Everyone focuses
