Meet the Med Spa Team

Maddy Peppers is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Injector at the Cass Health Med Spa. She is certified in Botox, dermal fillers, SkinPen microneedling, and chemical peels. Maddy has a passion for helping people feel confident and refreshed in their own skin and loves creating natural-looking results that enhance your unique features. Whether you're new to aesthetics or looking to maintain your glow, Maddy is here to guide you every step of the way!

Lace Sindt provides medical dermatology care to patients in the Atlantic Medical Center and aesthetics dermatology care at the Cass Health Med Spa, where she provides laser treatments. With more than 15 years of experience working in med spas, Lace is an expert on the wide variety of products and services available. Lace is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in 2019, after previously working as an LPN and RN for 10 years.
