Clinical DietitianSarah Andersen is Cass Health’s clinical dietitian. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition at Iowa State University in the Spring of 2018, and completed her
Iowa State Dietetic Internship in the Winter 2018. She is a credentialed Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and is a State of Iowa Licensed Dietitian. She is also a member of the Iowa Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, and a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Sarah has a special interest in nutrition’s effect on metabolic disease and endocrinology.
