Pain Management

Mark McClanahan, CRNA, provides pain management care in the Cass Health Specialty Clinic. He is affiliated with Heartland Pain Management. Some of the common conditions that he treats include arthritis, back pain, chronic migraines and headaches, musculoskeletal pain, and neuropathy.

McClanahan has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 2002. He earned his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Wayne State University, where he received the Agatha Hodgkins Award for Top Resident, and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University. He has more than 20 years of experience in anesthesia and pain management and has served in clinical leadership roles throughout his career.
