Mental Health CounselingMacKenzie Caldwell is a licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Her past experience includes working in private practice, as well as working in residential treatment settings, where she supported children experiencing behavioral challenges, trauma-related concerns, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
MacKenzie works with clients across the lifespan and addresses a variety of concerns, including emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based theory.
