MacKenzie Caldwell is a licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Her past experience includes working in private practice, as well as working in residential treatment settings, where she supported children experiencing behavioral challenges, trauma-related concerns, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
MacKenzie works with clients across the lifespan and addresses a variety of concerns, including emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based theory.
Gentri Meier is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She grew up in Greenfield and earned an undergraduate degree from Wartburg College, followed by a master’s degree from Drake University. Gentri has experience in forensic community treatment, care coordination across southern Iowa, and school-based therapy in multiple districts. Most recently, she worked with the Atlantic Community School District, primarily supporting elementary students.
Gentri is passionate about providing mental health services in rural southwest Iowa and utilizes evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and creative modalities such as music, play, and art. She also has training in EMDR and sand tray therapy.
