Kolton Hewlett joined Cass Health in November 2021 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He leads people and talent strategies that
enhance organizational culture, patient and community engagement, and organizational effectiveness in this role. As the Compliance Officer, he is responsible for the integrity and compliance program and related activities. In addition, he provides leadership
for auxiliary, foundation and development, guest services, marketing and communications, public health, and volunteer services.

Kolton received his Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration and Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), and Certified Professional in Healthcare
Quality (CPHQ).

Kolton is a member of several professional organizations, including the Iowa Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ISHHRA), serving on the Board of Directors. He is active with the Iowa Hospital Association, serving on the Council for Health Information, Council for Education and Member Services, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

Living in Cass County since 2017, Kolton is active in various community groups, including the Cass County Master Gardeners, Atlantic Area
Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Atlantic Produce in the Park Board of Directors, and Healthy Cass County.
