Donor Wall

The CCMH Foundation Donor Wall, located in the north atrium, recognizes lifetime and annual donations.  Annual gifts of $100 or more are recognized for one year.  Lifetime giving is permanently recognized at the following levels of distinction:
       Founder      $   1,000 - $4,999
       Benefactor   $  5,000 - $9,999
       Sponsor      $ 10,000 - $24,999
       Patron        $ 25,000 - $49,999
       Leader        $ 50,000 - $99,999
       Visionary    $100,000 and over
