Information Systems - Network Administrator - The Information systems Network Administrator performs extensive professional information technology hardware and related application support for CCMH/CCHS.  This includes, but is not limited to, operation systems, core applications, databases, server and computer hardware and telecommunications hardware and software as required.  Will also perform technical and customer support functions, both remotely and at the customer locations.  Scope of support includes, but is not limited to, network infrastructure, servers, modems, external data connections, switches and routers, PCs and Thin Clients, printers, and any operating systems, software or firmware needed to configure, operate and troubleshoot these.  Areas of concentration also include interfaces between systems, end-user training as required, and sufficient software knowledge to differentiate between hardware and software issues.  Full time position.  Great customer service and team skills required.  Prefer: Desktop operating system (Windows XP, Vista 7), Microsoft Office (2007/2010), Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2010, CISCO Certification.
