Since it's inception in 1962, the CCMH Auxiliary has provided countless hours of service to the hospital and it's patients. Today, over 330 volunteers work in many different areas of the hospital. Auxilians run the gift and coffee shop, with proceeds donated back to the hospital. They also provide patient transportation and assistance in radiology, rehab, and outpatient clinics.

Auxilians make regular calls to check telecare and lifeline clients, and host the surgical waiting area. Newborn infant caps are knitted by vounteers in their own homes, and provided to every baby born at CCMH. The hospital information desk is staffed by auxiliary volunteers.

Please stop in the Auxiliary Coffee and Gift Shop, located in the west lobby near the inpatient rooms. A wide selection of gifts, magazines, greeting cards and personal items are available. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soup, sandwich or soft serve ice cream while you're there!
